୧‿̩͙ ˖︵ ꕀ ♱ ꕀ ︵˖ ‿̩͙୨GENERAL✦ Feel free to contact me and ask any questions!✦ The deadline of the said commission may take a week (Max. of two weeks) because of academics.✦ You're encouraged to send detailed references for your commission! (I may also ask about those too)✦I offer up a maximum of 2 revisions at no additional charge. Additional revisions may be subject to a fee.✦ Copyright: The copyright of the final product remains with me, the artist, unless otherwise specified in the commission details. The client is granted permissions for personal use only. Commercial use or distribution of the final product would require additional agreements and fees. (However, feeding my art on to any AI engine is prohibited.)✦ Communication: Communication is key to ensuring a successful commission. I will provide regular updates on the progress of the work and welcome any questions or comments you may have throughout the process.✦ Deadlines: I will do my best to meet the agreed-upon deadlines, but unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. I will keep you informed of any changes to the timeline and work with you to find a solution.୧‿̩͙ ˖︵ ꕀ ♱ ꕀ ︵˖ ‿̩͙୨PAYMENT✦ My prices are based on hours and effort depending on the type of commission.✦Commission must be paid 50% of the price upfront (Once I send you the sketch), while the rest should be paid once I send you the finished work.✦ In the event of a cancellation, any deposits or payments made upfront will not be refunded. However, I may consider making exceptions in exceptional circumstances.✦ Please read my cancellation policy carefully before making a payment.✦ Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.୧‿̩͙ ˖︵ ꕀ ♱ ꕀ ︵˖ ‿̩͙୨PROCESS✦ Initial Consultation: I will work with you to determine the specifics of your commission, including the subject, style, size, and any other relevant details. I will provide a quote for the project and a timeline for completion.✦ Design Development: Once the initial details are agreed upon, I will begin developing the design concept for your commission. You will have an opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions during this stage.
